Campaign for nuclear disarmament

Summary:
Nuclear weapons have been used only twice by the U.S. These two times it was on the same region, Japan. Many people are well aware of the affects of nuclear power and many countries are thriving for a peice of it. Humans beings can be affect by many different terms such as Instantaneous, Near-immediate , short term, and long term. These four terms explain nuclear power a lot better. Instantaneous explains how the bomb has a temptature of a million degrees and a mile long of land could be turned to almost ash. Near-immediate is where beyond the instantaneous is the blast or heat waves that the near-immediate brings that kills those people ouside the center. Then theres short term which are the survivors who are injured but are affected with radio-activity. Lastly theres long term where radiation will reduce cancer and make it hard for them to live much longer. Nuclear weapons have been a big tragety for the countries who have experienced it in the past and the only way to stop this power is to disarm this weapon that destroys many humans.

Reflection:
I feel that what this article said was true that this bomb kills many people in that city and that we cant have a nuclear war because it will just destroy our planet. We need disarmament before this tragety gets out of hand. This bomb is too powerful for man-kind to control because of so many leaders who want to rule. This cituation hopefully will get better in years to come so that noone will have to use a nuclear weapon and that we can disarm possible death to humans.

Evidence:
"Modern nuclear weapons generally have much greater explosive power than those first two bombs but the effects would only differ in scale." This quote explains how nuclear power is very over-powering and that its not the same thing has a normal bomb, its worse.
